Shipping
It depends on where you are. Orders are processed in 1-2 days and shipping can take 3-14 days.

Some of our stock is held in our Adelaide Warehouse, some in Sydney and some is held in our international warehouse in China. The Australian based products will arrive faster than the internationally shipped products.
Yes, click the 'Track your order' link in the 'Customer Support' menu to track your product.
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. We offer free shipping for customers.
We currently only ship products to Australia but we look forward to welcoming international customers in the future.
