This breathable and comfortable neoprene heated shoulder brace will warm your shoulder and promote blood circulation, relieving pain caused by frozen shoulder, torn rotator cuff, dislocated AC joint, sprain, bursitis, tendonitis, strains, stiffness and soreness.
The easy hook and loop buckle holds your brace snugly in place and is adjustable for a comfortable fit.

Temperature ranges
Easily set the desired temperature with one button press. Ranges include:
- Red light: temperature range 65℃/149℉ to 75℃/167℉
- White light: temperature range 55℃/131℉ to 65℃/149℉
- Blue light: temperature range 40℃/104℉ to 60℃/140℉

Extended strap length is 27.5inch (70cm) which can help the stronger people who wear this shoulder wrap. Extended strap fit chest size from 27'' to 55'' (70cm to 140cm), arm size from 9'' to 16'' (23cm to 40cm).

How to Use:
1. Connect strap to the buckle that is on the brace.
2. Once strap is in place, put the brace on your shoulder.
3. Pull the long strap from under other arm, put it through the buckle, and now pull it from the other side of the buckle.
4. Secure the Hook&Loop and make sure to have a firm and secure fit.
5. Press the button for 3 seconds to turn on.
NOTE:
1. The shoulder brace can also be used as compression shoulder brace.
2. Please do not wear it with high temperature for more than 5 minutes to avoid burns.
3. Please pay attention to control the temperature range for needs. It's NOT recommended to use the highest(red light) for a long time. The most suitable temperature is white light.
4. Shoulder braces are just helpful aids, not treatment nor cure method.
5. It's recommended to wear the shoulder brace above a T-shirt or cloth to avoid to avoid burns. Skin redness is normal for heat therapy
6. NOT for Pregnant women or children.
7. The adapter should avoid contact with water during operation. It should be used in a completely dry condition

RETURNS
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
RETURN AND REFUND PROCESS
To start a return or refund request, simply contact us at support@blessedrelief.com.au.
If your return is because there is a problem with the product or a mistake on our end, we’ll send you a postage paid return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
If your return is because you made an error ordering or have changed your mind, you'll need to pay for return postage. This includes if you've ordered the wrong size and a sizing chart or information was available.
Once the return is received, we will provide the customer with either a full refund or send another product, according to the customers preference.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 14 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@blessedrelief.com.au

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
CANCELLATION TERMS
If you need us to cancel your order for any reason, please get in touch as soon as you can. Our warehouse has usually completed sending orders by 4pm, so depending on when you make your order, it might be possible to cancel it before its sent out.
Once an order has been sent out, we can no longer cancel the order and if you still don't want the order, you'll have to follow our Returns and Refunds process.
