Competition Terms and Conditions
Terms and Conditions for $150 Blessed Relief gift card competition.
Running from 1st Mar - 1st December 2024
1. Name of Promotion
$150 gift card competition.
2. Promoter
Langmaid Enterprises Pty Ltd (ACN 651 877 913) under the trademarked brand name ‘Blessed Relief’. Hereby referred to as the ‘Promoter’.
3. Entrant eligibility
Employees of the Promoter or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.
Entrants must be over 18 years of age, Australian residents and provide a valid email address.
4. How to enter the competition
To enter the competition, the entrant must complete the details in the form on the website www.blessedrelief.com.au
and follow Blessed Relief on facebook. Both conditions must be satisfied to receive a valid competition entry.
1 entry per person.
5. Prize draw date and time
The Prize will be drawn on 1st Dec at 8pm ACST.
The winner will be notified by email and/or mobile phone call.
6. Closing date and time for entry
Entries received after Nov 30th at 5pm will not be accepted for this competition.
6. Rules of the competition
- entrants must be residents of Australia
- entrants must be over 18 years of age.
- entrants must provide a valid email address
7. Prize draw method
Email addresses will be put into a list, assigned a number, then a random number will be generated using Google’s Random number generator.
The email address with the assigned number which is randomly generated will be deemed the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
9. Other details
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her acceptance and agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Promoter.
